COCAPEC, a cooperative known for its natural drying methods, delivers a decaffeinated coffee bean from the Mogiana region of Brazil––an area along the borders of Sao Paulo and Minas Gerais. The cooperative works in partnership with its members to guarantee consistent coffee quality. This coffee is dried in the sun and in a mechanical dryer to ensure the moisture evaporates.
